Eclipse Eclipse Eclipse Eclipse Eclipse
No one in the US can deny the huge preparation for the August 21st, 2017 solar eclipse, unless one just wakes up from coma and asks, "Who is coming?" "What is happening?" From our human perspective, the moon is eventually superimposing itself against the sun forming an eclipse. This phenomenon that lasts just over two minutes long is a solar eclipse.
To get ready for the 2017 solar eclipse, people have bought stuff as when getting ready for a trip. Finally, on the day of the eclipse, they want to be witnesses by positioning themselves in the eclipse's virtual path so as to follow its movement.
Then one observes a rare occurrence in the sky: The moon progressively covers the sun until the sun becomes dark. This is the solar eclipse. The solar eclipse 2017 travels the continental US in a downward Southeast direction from the West coast to the East coast. It keeps traveling this way from one US state to the other.
By contrast, in the case of the Rapture, people pay less attention to the notion that it will be a true phenomenon, and that its occurrence will be without warning.
Concerning this phenomenon, can people be as excited as they are for an eclipse? The answer is that people do not know the day and time of the Rapture, and therefore cannot plan anything similar as for an eclipse.
In addition, if people knew the real day and time of the Rapture, everybody would be waiting until the day before to attempt to get right with God. That would result in no one being left on Earth. Deductively, the prophecy of Christ's Last Return as recorded in the Bible would not happened. This would be impossible for a prophecy.
Could the Rapture occur at the time of an eclipse this century?
The fact is, no one knows the day and time of the Rapture as one can know the day and time of an eclipse. Therefore no one knows if the Rapture will occur at the time of an eclipse this century. The huge preparation deployed up to Monday August 21, 2017, targeted the solar eclipse for that day, not a possible occurrence of the Rapture. If this one would happen, no one could have predicted it. No one can predict the day and time now.
Uncertainty compels the wise and prudent person to be obedient to God and spiritually ready on a daily basis. If the Creator of the Universe is the One on whom the Rapture depends, shouldn't we go by His Word?
Today is the day to ask: "Am I ready for the Rapture today?"
